Due to an error at the time of purchase or customer withdrawal:
After finalizing the purchase, exchanges or returns can be carried out within 7 working days with proof of purchase (except paintings, which in this case cannot be exchanged or returned). Check it step by step:
It is necessary to send an email with the following information:
1- your full name
2- order number
3- CPF
4- reason for request
5- inform if you want to exchange or return
After requesting the exchange or return, the customer must send the item via post office (shipping paid by the buyer) and inform the tracking code via e-mail. When delivery is complete, I will contact you with arrival information.
- In case of return, the total purchase price will be refunded (freight not included).
- In case of exchange, the customer must inform the product of their choice and from there, we will start the new shipment (shipping on my account).
